I purchased a one-time fix but my problem reoccurred after few days, will I be charged again for further assistance?

If you’re continuing to experience issues, give us a call and we’ll look into it again for you . If you have an subscription we will do our best to solve remotely or you can bring your PC or Laptop into our workshop for further diagnosis.
I have an existing Premium Tech Support subscription for my old PC and I replaced it with a new one, will it still be covered?
Our Bronze, Silver and Gold subscriptions allow transfer to a replacement PC so yes, your new PC will be covered by Computerbase Premium Tech Support. Please advise us if you do change as we will need to install the Antivirus Software for you.
