How will you fix the problem on my computer?

With your permission, our technical experts can remotely access your computer and address your concerns securely and from the convenience of your home or office. Our technicians can solve most issues remotely.

My problem is my internet connection; remote access will not be possible, so how will you fix it?

Our technicians are experts when it comes to network and internet issues so we can guide you to help reset your connection  Provided that your internet service and equipment is restored, we can work together to properly diagnose the issue and apply the necessary remedy.

I purchased a one-time fix but my problem reoccurred after few days, will I be charged again for further assistance?

Our Simple Fix subscriptions have a 1 day resolution guarantee if an issue reoccurs within this period. If you’re continuing to experience issues, give us a call and we’ll look into it again for you . If you have an subscription we will do our best to solve remotely or you can bring your PC or Laptop into our workshop for further diagnosis.

I have an existing Premium Tech Support subscription for my old PC and I replaced it with a new one, will it still be covered?

Our Bronze, Silver and Gold subscriptions allow transfer to a replacement PC so yes, your new PC will be covered by Computerbase Premium Tech Support. Please advise us if you do change as we will need to install the Antivirus Software for you.
