On Site Service & Contracts

Are you an independant council funded school? We can provide full I.T support on an hourly basis with contracts starting from just 3 hours a month. Benefit from our knowledge working with other schools to get just the service you need , when you need it.

A Trust or part of Trust? Then you are probably overwhelmed with tickets and short staffed . Long ticket times lead to frustrations for all involved , talk to us to see how we can help .

On site Setup – If you’ve bought new equipment, we can set this up and install for you . If its laptops or PCs we can even preset up and clone software for you to save time on the install.

On site Repairs – Server broken?, Wireless not working? , Projector issues?  We understand you may have your own technicians but we can work with them to solve your issues with the minimum of fuss and complete the job as quickly as possible. Contact us to discuss…

On site Installs – Install teams available for large projects such as touch screen or AV installs and network engineers available for server repairs and cabling.

Workshop Service

You’ve seen them and piled them up somewhere , various devices lying around not working , unknown faults . We know your I.T. staff do not have the time for advanced repairs. Our large fully equipped service department enables us to complete complex repairs and fault finding away from your school . If you are local we will collect & return repairs for free, you only pay for labour & parts if repair cost is agreed and successful.
